This territory does indeed personify the essence of Marche, the region of natural variety, since it includes all possible landscape forms. It is framed north and south by the Metauro and Cesano rivers; east, the Adriatic sea shines with crystal reflections; west, near the wonders of the Furlo Canyon, stand out the tops of Catria and Nerone mountains.
