Here the artisans of the historic Villa Ligi Farm produce with passion, care and respect for the Nature this perfumed and tasty wine. Pergola is also dedicated to the production of Visciolato, created from sour black cherries, which are fermented in red structured wine from the previous grape harvest: a beverage many believe to be aphrodisiac. Joining this elixir with artisanal chocolate is, according to many expert gastronomes, an exceptional match. In the Serra Spinosa place, the Visciolato De.Co, is produced by the Gentilini Farm, established since more than one hundred years. In Christmas time, the most loved time of the year, Pergola proposes the “Cioccovisciola”, an event in which the taste of top quality chocolate and the inebriating flavour of Visciolato join and create a mixture of scents and pleasure that satisfies both the spirits and the senses.
